Hogs Head Cheese Recipe

  1. Boil meat until tender in a large stockpot.
  2. Remove all bones.
  3. Simmer onions and garlic in 1 c. water till tender.
  4. Combine this with meat and add in green onion tops and parsley.
  5. Cook about 5 min until water has boiled down.
  6. Pour into bowls and allow to gel.
