For Dieters! Tofu Kanten Chocolate
- 1 block Tofu (silken)
- 50 grams Dark brown sugar (or white sugar)
- 30 grams Pure cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 30 grams Skim milk powder
- 4 grams Powdered kanten
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor.
- Switch the food processor on.
- Blend until the mixture becomes nice and smooth.
- Pour the tofu mixture into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170C.
- They won't be completely hardened when they are freshly baked, but that's alright.
- After they cool down thoroughly, chill them in the fridge.
- They will set once they're chilled.
- Keep them refrigerated.
