Vegetable Soup
- 1 packages Bocca veggie crumbles
- 2 quart vegetable broth
- 1 cup V8 juice
- 2 can diced potatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packages frozen mixed veggies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook crumbles until brown.
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine cooked crumbles, broth, V8, tomatoes, onion, potatoes, mixed vegetables, basil and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
