Greek Turkey Burgers

  1. Thaw frozen spinach.
  2. Place in medium pan with olive oil and garlic.
  3. Cook until warmed through.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Place seasoned ground meat with salt n pepper into a medium bowl.
  6. Add feta cheese and cooled spinach to bowl.
  7. Mix just enough so everything is incorporated.
  8. DO NOT OVER MIX.
  9. Meat becomes rough.
  10. Make the burgers any size you would like.
  11. Try not to handle the meat too much.
  12. Turkey meat tends to be more difficult to handle.
  13. You can either cook the burgers on the grill, on the stove top with some Pam spray OR in the oven.
  14. (For the oven, 350F for about 20-25 mins.)
  15. Once they are cooked to moist perfection, either it eat on it's own or in a wheat bun!
