Greek Turkey Burgers
- 2 1/2 lb Ground Turkey breast
- 1/2 packages Frozen Spinach
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 dash salt n pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Thaw frozen spinach.
- Place in medium pan with olive oil and garlic.
- Cook until warmed through.
- Set aside to cool.
- Place seasoned ground meat with salt n pepper into a medium bowl.
- Add feta cheese and cooled spinach to bowl.
- Mix just enough so everything is incorporated.
- DO NOT OVER MIX.
- Meat becomes rough.
- Make the burgers any size you would like.
- Try not to handle the meat too much.
- Turkey meat tends to be more difficult to handle.
- You can either cook the burgers on the grill, on the stove top with some Pam spray OR in the oven.
- (For the oven, 350F for about 20-25 mins.)
- Once they are cooked to moist perfection, either it eat on it's own or in a wheat bun!
