Quick Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
- 1 pound turkey ground
- 3 tablespoons onions minced
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 2 cups spaghetti cooked, hot
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
- Place over medium heat until hot.
- Add turkey & onion.
- Cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble.
- Drain well.
- Return to skillet.
- Stir in water & italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder & tomato paste.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat & simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
