Quick Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Place over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add turkey & onion.
  4. Cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble.
  5. Drain well.
  6. Return to skillet.
  7. Stir in water & italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder & tomato paste.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  10. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
