Lemon-Thyme Syrup

• 6 ounces Simple Syrup
• 7 lemon thyme sprigs

1. In a small saucepan, bring the Simple Syrup to a boil.
2. Remove from the heat and add the lemon thyme.
3. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight.
4. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
