Spiced Crisps

  1. Heat oven to 350*.
  2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Place egg roll wrappers onto prepared baking sheet; brush lightly with melted butter.
  4. Turn wrappers over; brush with butter.
  5. Combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice in small bowl; sprinkle over wrappers.
  6. Cut each wrapper diagonally into 8 triangles.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and golden.
  8. Remove crisps to wire cooling rack; cool completely.
