T-Bone Steak with Bacon-Mushroom Sauce

  1. Heat barbecue to medium.
  2. Grill steaks 7 to 8 min.
  3. on each side or to medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  4. Meanwhile, cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  5. or until crisp, stirring occasionally.
  6. Drain bacon on paper towels.
  7. Discard drippings from skillet.
  8. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in bacon, barbecue sauce, sherry and sugar.
  10. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  11. Serve steaks topped with mushroom sauce.
