Georgia Pecan Turkey Salad
- 2 1/2 cups very finely minced cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 23 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Mix turkey, pecans, relish and celery salt together.
- Fold in the mayonnaise.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
