Shrimp Scampi

  1. In sauce pan, add margarine,garlic,onions and shrimp.
  2. Saute on High for 10 minutes as hot as you can--when the pan starts to crust, add the wine cooler.
  3. Add parsley and linguini cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Fold in tomatoes and then grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve while hot.
