Jennie's Favorite Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes in one pot and eggs in the other pot until both are cooked.
  2. (20-30 minutes for potatoes & 15 minutes for eggs).
  3. Drain each (whenever done) & set aside to cool.
  4. Once cool enough to handle, peel both.
  5. Cut potatoes into bite size chunks & coarsely chop the eggs.
  6. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, adding salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. (That way it's cooled throughout.)
  9. Enjoy!
