Danish Rye Bread

  1. Stir ingredients together in bowl.
  2. Let rise at least one hour.
  3. Let raise a second time.
  4. Shape into 2 loaves and let rise in pan.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F until tops start to brown.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F to finish.
