Chicken Dijon

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. While rice is cooking, heat oil in skillet.
  3. Brown chicken.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes, covered.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley
