Triple-Layer Mud Pie
- 1-1/4 qt. Oreo Crumbs
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 qt. coffee ice cream, softened
- 3-1/2 qt. prepared Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix, divided
- 2 qt. chocolate ice cream, softened
- 2 cups Oreo Medium Cookie Pieces
- 20 each Oreo Cookies, cut in half
- Mix crumbs and butter.
- Divide evenly into 4 (9-inch) pie plates (or into 1 pie plate for trial recipe); press firmly onto bottom and up side.
- Carefully spread 2 cups (500 mL) coffee ice cream onto bottom of each crust; cover with 3/4 cup (175 mL) whipped topping.
- Freeze 5 min.
- Spread 2 cups (500 mL) chocolate ice cream over each pie; top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) OREO Pieces, pressing lightly into pies to secure.
- Cover each with thin layer of whipped topping (about 3/4 cup 175 mL).
- Freeze several hours or overnight.
- Garnish with remaining whipped topping and cookie halves.
