Taco Pie

  1. In large skillet cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain
  2. Combine beef with taco seasoning mix and spread in a 10 inch pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with chili's
  4. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth 15 seconds on high in a blender or 1 minute with a hand blender.
  5. Pour milk mixture over beef in pie plate
  6. Cover plate with foil and freeze keep 1 quart bag of grated cheese with pie
  7. To prepare for serving, thaw pie.
  8. Bake uncovered in preheated 400F oven for 35 minutes
  9. Top with sliced tomatoes sprinkle with cheese.
  10. bake until golden brown 8 to 10 minutes.
  11. top with sour cream chopped tomatoes and lettuce shredded
