Arroz Con Pollo Burritos

  1. In large deep skillet, add chicken, rice, Taco Spices & Seasonings, water and tomato sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomato and green onion.
  4. Scoop 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla.
  5. Fold in sides and roll-up to enclose filling.
  6. Top each burrito with cheese, if desired, and heat in 350u0b0F oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish each burrito with salsa and guacamole, if desired.
