Green Veggie Flatbread Pizza
- 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Whole Grain Flatbread
- 4 whole Cooked Asparagus Spears, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Cooked Broccoli Florets, Cut Into Bite-sized Pieces
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella (or An Equal Amount Of Fresh Mozzarella Cut Into Chunks)
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Basil Ribbons
- Preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Mince the garlic and combine it with the olive oil in a small bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or spray it with some cooking spray, and place your flat bread on top.
- Spread garlic mixture onto your flat bread then continue and add the rest of your toppings.
- Reserve basil ribbons for after cooking.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
- Remove from oven.
- Top with basil and enjoy!
- Note: This is a great way to use up leftover vegetables from last nights dinner!
- Feel free to use any veggies of choice!
