Green Veggie Flatbread Pizza

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F.
  2. Mince the garlic and combine it with the olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil or spray it with some cooking spray, and place your flat bread on top.
  4. Spread garlic mixture onto your flat bread then continue and add the rest of your toppings.
  5. Reserve basil ribbons for after cooking.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Top with basil and enjoy!
  9. Note: This is a great way to use up leftover vegetables from last nights dinner!
  10. Feel free to use any veggies of choice!
