Easy Lemon Pork Chops Recipe

• 4 pork loin chops
• 4 thin onion slices
• 4 lemon slices
• 4 tbsp. packed brown sugar
• 4 tbsp. ketchup
• Salt

1. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt.
2. Place pork chops in ungreased baking pan.
3. Top each chop with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 Tbsp.
4. brown sugar and 1 Tbsp.
5. of ketchup.
6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
7. Uncover and bake, spooning sauce onto chops occasionally till done, about 30 min longer.
8. Makes 4 servings.
