Creamy salsa chicken

  1. Place frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker.
  2. Pour jar of salsa on top of chicken and cook on low eight to 10 hours or until you can shred with a fork.
  3. Add cream cheese and allow to cook for 30 to 60 minutes
  4. Enjoy!
