Egg Liqueur / Eggnog Muffins

• 3 eggs
• 60 g flour
• 120 ml vegetable oil
• 120 ml egg liqueur
• 60 g cornflour
• 90 g icing sugar
• 1 sachet vanilla sugar (8 g)
• 12 sachet baking powder (8g)

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases and fill cases two thirds-full.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
