Easy Mac and Cheese with Turkey Kielbasa

  1. Heat a large pot (or Dutch oven) on stove over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and onion to pot and heat/cook for about five minutes until onions are soft.
  3. Add water, milk, ground mustard and the macaroni (dont add the sauce packet at this time) to kielbasa and bring to boil.
  4. Decrease heat to low and cover.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed and the macaroni is tender, stirring often.
  6. Meanwhile, cook broccoli florets according to package directions and drain well.
  7. After 15 minutes, add cheese sauce packets to the macaroni/kielbasa and mix well.
  8. Add broccoli and stir together.
  9. Simmer over low heat, uncovered, until thickend and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  10. Turn off heat and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
  11. Enjoy!
