Baby Buttermilk Biscuit Pizzas

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  3. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and use the palm of your hand to flatten the dough to 1/4 inch in thickness.
  4. Divide the sauce evenly among the biscuits, top with a pinch of the oregano, then layer the mozzarella, pepperoni (if using), and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
  6. Allow the pizzas to cool slightly and serve warm.
  7. Buy the pepperoni presliced in packages (found in your supermarkets deli section) to make assembly even easier.
