Blender Pie Custard Recipe

• 4 Large eggs
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1/2 c. Bisquick
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. coconut
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Put all ingredients in blender, mixing on low speed for 2 min.
2. Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch deep pie pan.
3. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
