Green Smoothie
- 2 ounces kale
- 3 ounces spinach
- 2 medium bananas (frozen, if desired)
- 1 medium bartlett pear
- 12 cup almond milk (I use Almond Breeze Original)
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- water, enough to reach desired consistency
- ice cube (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender, I usually use my immersion blender.
- Add water to thin the smoothie or ice cubes to make the smoothie thicker.
- Other types of milk may be used in place of Almond.
- However, this will effect the nutritional values and may effect the consistency.
