Carmeled Peanuts

  1. Beat egg white and water until frothy - not stiff.
  2. Add peanuts, stir until they are well coated.
  3. Combine sugar and salt then pour this over the nuts and eggwhite mixture.
  4. Bake at 225 on a greased, tinfoil lined cookie sheet.
  5. Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
