Beef & Dijon Sandwiches

• 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
• 2 slices (46 g each) whole grain bread
• 2 Bibb lettuce leaves
• 80 g cooked roast beef, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup thin roasted red pepper strips
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions

1. Mix Miracle Whip and mustard.
2. Spread onto bread slices
3. Top with remaining ingredients.
