Creamy Lime Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve lime Jello in 3/4 c. boiling water.
  2. Cold slightly, then stir in evaporated lowfat milk.
  3. Refrigeratetill mix is very thick, but not set.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into an 8" square pan, or possibly a 5 c. mold.
  6. Refrigeratetill hard.
  7. Serve on lettuce.
  8. Serves 8.
