Tea Base Punch Recipe

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags, cover and steep for 10 min.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Wash lemons and extract juice.
  4. Add in the lemon rinds to cool water and sugar.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat and add in juice and tea.
  7. Cold and add in extracts.
  8. Mix well and add in ginger ale.
  9. Serve over ice in punch bowl.
  10. Serves 25.
