Malt Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Put all ingredients into alarge bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake for approximately 70 minutes or until a woodenpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the pan.
  6. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
