Butter And Cheese Sauce Recipe

  2. of pasta of choice cooks, heat the butter in a small saucepan.
  3. Add in 1/2 c. of pasta cooking water and heat through.
  4. Toss al dente pasta into the pan with the butter and add in cheese to heat through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
