Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the egg whites and uncooked oatmeal.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Spray a nonstick cooking spray in an 8"x8" baking dish.
  5. Spread the mixture in an even layer, over the bottom of the dish.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the edge starts to pull away from the sides of the dish.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes and cut into bars.
