Easy Meatball Stroganoff Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- Shortening
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Combine beef, egg, crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Form into meatballs about the size of golf balls.
- Brown on all sides in a little shortening.
- Remove from pan when cooked.
- Drain grease from pan.
- Add in soup, 1/2 c. water and seasoning; mix well.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Blend in lowfat sour cream and meatballs; heat through.
- Serve over warm cooked noodles or possibly rice.
