Easy Meatball Stroganoff Recipe

  1. Combine beef, egg, crumbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Form into meatballs about the size of golf balls.
  3. Brown on all sides in a little shortening.
  4. Remove from pan when cooked.
  5. Drain grease from pan.
  6. Add in soup, 1/2 c. water and seasoning; mix well.
  7. Simmer 5 min.
  8. Blend in lowfat sour cream and meatballs; heat through.
  9. Serve over warm cooked noodles or possibly rice.
