Rice Case for Quiches or Pies (Gluten-Free)

  1. Combine all and pat over the base and sides of a lightly greased pie dish.
  2. Bake at 210 C for 15 minutes.
  3. Fill with your favourite fillings and bake as usual.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
