Boneless Breast Of Chicken Recipe
- 2 Packages boneless breast of chicken
- American cheese slices
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of lowfat milk
- 1/2 bag dry herb stuffing (1 pound size)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- Wash chicken and arrange in 13 x 9 inch pan or possibly glass dish.
- Place 1 slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
- In a small bowl mix 1 can of soup and 1 can of lowfat milk.
- Pour over chicken and cheese.
- Mix 1/2 of a 1 lb.
- bag of herb stuffing with 1 stick of melted butter.
- Spread proportionately over entire casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 90 min.
