Baked Wisconsin Brie
- 1 lb brie
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 sliced french bread
- Place cheese on oven proof serving plate.
- Saute almonds and garlic in butter until just browned.
- Pour over top of brie.
- Bake at 350F for approximately 12 minutes or until warmed through.
- Serve with sliced french bread.
