Foghorn Cocktail
- 1/4 ounce absinthe
- Ice
- 2 ounces gin, preferably Plymouth
- 1/2 ounce Cocchi Aperitivo Americano or Lillet blanc
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
- Rinse a chilled coupe with the absinthe; discard the excess.
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Add the gin, Cocchi Americano and Cointreau; stir well.
- Strain into the coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
