Chocolate Frosting for Biscotti

  1. In a heavy, small saucepan heat chocolate and butter over low flame until melted.
  2. Stir often.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Frost Biscotti.
  5. For a design, run a fork over the frosting while it's soft.
  6. Let stand until chocolate is set.
