Crispy Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
- 1 fryer, cut in serving pcs
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 2 to 3 tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove all skin from chicken pcs, rinse and pat dry thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with seasoning, rub with oil and roll in the crumbs.
- Let stand for few min to "set" the coating.
- Place in oiled pan.
- Don't crowd.
- Bake 45 min or possibly more.
- Serves 4.
