Candied Apple Recipe

• 1 c. Granny Smith apples, peeled, diced, partially frzn
• 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 c. Apple juice
• 3/4 c. Nonfat frzn vanilla yogurt
• 2 Tbsp. Caramel sauce
• 2/3 c. Ice chips

1. Pour ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
2. Yield: about 4 c.
