  1. Add yeast to the warmed milk
  2. Add sugar, eggs, melted butter and a pinch of salt to the milk.
  3. Slowly add the flour and knead until a dough
  4. Set the dough to rise in a warm place, loosely covered in cling film for 1 hour.
  5. Cut the dough into 40g pieces and roll out
  6. Add filling (cheese & ham) and make a ball around it with the dough.
  7. Grease and paper a large round baking tray
  8. Stuff the balls tightly into the baking tray
  9. Leave filled balls to rise for another .5 hours.
  10. Brush lightly with egg yolk and milk.
  11. Bake in a pre heated oven at 170 for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
