neckbones and gravy
- 2 or more pounds of beef or pork neckbones
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp adobo seasoning
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 can beef gravy
- put neckbones in pot with enough water to cover.
- add seasonings and onion
- bring to a boil.
- reduce heat to medium cover and cook for an hour
- remove meat from pot and place in baking pan.
- add gravy and some of the liquid from pot cook at 350 in oven for 30 minutes
