Another Greek Rice Salad

  1. Mix rice while still warm with vinaigrette.
  2. Let chill.
  3. Poach raisins in vermouth until puffed and most of vermouth is absorbed.
  4. Chill.
  5. Add nuts and herbs, mix together and chill again.
