Kels beefy hearty stew
- 1 diced beef
- 3 carrots
- 3 tomato
- 1 cabbage
- 1 leek
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 and half pints of water
- 2 table spoons of barley
- 2 rich beef knorr stock pots
- Add one and half pints of water to casserole dish,add the 2 knorr beef pots, fry the beef in a frying pan while boling the veg in a separate pan,when the veg is boiled and beef fried add to casserole dish with a pinch of salt and pepper .
- Leave in the oven for 2 hours stiring occasionally until beef is tender.Add barley for the last 45 minutes of cooking.
