Cheese Ball Fiesta

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese.
  2. Add the next 10 ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Shape into a ball.
  5. Roll in parsley or crushed nuts.
  6. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve with crackers, bagel chips, or vegetables.
  8. Yield 1 cheese ball.
