Organic Lemon Ginger Sesame Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Using a nonstick skillet over medium heat add lemon ginger sesame dressing / marinade and sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  3. Cook until chicken breast is opaque.
  4. Once chicken breast is done, add the vegetables (stirring constantly) and cook until vegetables are wilted.
  5. Drain cooked pasta and rinse off in cold water.
  6. Combine pasta and vegetable mixture.
  7. Plate and garnish.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
