Egg, Ham and Cheese Open Faced English Muffin

  1. Beat the eggs, and scramble fry them, top with cheese.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the english muffin and butter.
  3. And heat the ham in a frying pan.
  4. To serve, put the english muffin halves on a plate and top with ham, and top with egg.
  5. Serve any kind of side, hashbrowns or rice.
