Noel Cooler
- 3 ounces dry vermouth
- Ginger beer
- Cracked ice
- Garnishes: orange peel and slice of lemon
- Half fill a highball glass with cracked ice and pour in the vermouth.
- Fill the glass with ginger beer.
- Twist the lemon peel over the drink and drop it into the glass.
- Garnish the drink further with the lemon slice.
