Noel Cooler

  1. Half fill a highball glass with cracked ice and pour in the vermouth.
  2. Fill the glass with ginger beer.
  3. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and drop it into the glass.
  4. Garnish the drink further with the lemon slice.
