VELVEETA Spicy Bacon and Spinach Sliders

  1. Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat, spinach, bacon, garlic powder and crushed red pepper just until blended; shape into 8 meatballs.
  3. Press 1 VELVEETA cube into center of each meatball, completely enclosing VELVEETA.
  4. Flatten to 2-1/2-inch diameter.
  5. Grill 5 min.
  6. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  7. Fill buns with burgers.
