Chicken Potato Bake
- 3 lbs broiler chickens, cut up
- 1 lb red potatoes, cut into chunks
- 34 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 34 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat the oven to 400*F
- Place chicken in a large, greased baking dish.
- Arrange the potatoes around the chicken.
- Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cheese.
- Cover and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 20-30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and chicken juices run clear.
