Kahlua Cake
- 1 (10 1/4 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
- 1 (1 lb) container sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup oil
- 1 cup Kahlua
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (12 ounce) Ghirardelli double chocolate chips
- Mix first 6 ingredients together until well blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into bundt pan.
- Cook at 350 until toothpick comes out clean.
- Approximately 40 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes, invert and serve.
- Excellent with ice cream, or alone.
